Story
Breer’s story officially began in September 2018, when the co-founders unintentionally met at the briefing session for Enactus, a social innovation competition, at their University, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST).

Waste is not waste until you waste it
Food production is the biggest contributor to climate change and biodiversity loss, but one third of food is wasted.
By using surplus bread to replace malted barley, we reduce the demand for land, water and energy, and avoid emissions. With a united goal to eradicate food wastage and promote its remonetization, Breer brews a beer, which does good & tastes better, promoting sustainable drinking.
